# Make sure your app is up-to-date

We regularly update the Lunar App to add new features, improve performance, and to fix any bugs. Keeping your app up-to-date means you’ll get the best experience.

## App Store

Larger updates will be released through Google Play Store or the App Store. Most devices support automatic app updates.

- On Android, open the Play Store, go to Settings > Network Preferences > Auto-update options.
- On iOS, go to Settings > Apps > App Store > Enable App Updates.

You can confirm you’re on the latest version by navigating to the Lunar App from the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/lunar-energy/id6615061613) or [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lunarenergy.app.customer.prod&hl=en_GB), or by searching ‘Lunar Energy’, and seeing if you’re asked to update.

## Over-the-Air (OTA) updates

Smaller updates will be sent straight to your app and will automatically be triggered after opening and closing the app a couple of times.

You’ll be able to see if there’s an update available indicated by a notification badge over the Settings icon. Tap this, scroll to the bottom and select ‘Relaunch’ to update the app.
